that after the system is able to read the orders correctly we finally do not have to make manual changes except for a few sporadic cases.

Cons:

the time it takes to create orders in SAP Initially I found the process for the system to read the orders properly very slow.

VAO is a great tool, it helps a lot in the daily order entry process, over the period we have seen a great improvement in the flow of the tool.

Cons:

Sometimes the tool loses a parameter that has already been tested, which ends up generating rework. Order entry times could also be improved, but I understand that this process requires adjustment on both sides.

the potential good impact of it when it will completely works

Cons:

there are some function that still doesn't work after 1 year of test ( eg. PO automatically attached in sap's SO). the transferring of order from SAP to VAO need a lot of time ( till 4-5 hours sometimes)
