Pros:

Prompt and helpful response to our queries Non financial information can be entered in Lois, so we can keep all information about a lease in the same system

Cons:

There was a bug which had impact on one of our leases, and it took over 12 months to fix the bug, and we had to undo some of the When there's an early termination on lease that has extension, we have to undo the extension before terminating the lease

Pros:

Easy to use to assist in accounting for our leases and great prompt service from the team when we have any queries. Great reports for month end reporting and audit.

Cons:

Nothing major as when we have a problem the Lois team are very prompt in responding, a few screens could be more helpful if there was an edit option.

Great Customer Service and easy to navigate

Cons:

In some instances - Changes (new lease with incorrect initial payment) cannot be reversed and need to delete and start over. Would be helpful if these could be changed on the back end

The software is easy to use and reliable. It's so much better to have this all automated, rather than tracking and calculating journals manually.

Pros:

The prompt and helpful customer support with queries and assistance is great and really appreciated. The reports are great and show a lot of information for both month and year end.

Cons:

It would be great if it covered sub leases as well, which I believe is in progress, rather than calculating and accounting for these separately.

Pros:

I love the fact once updated, all documents all being are in one place. I love the POP portal, I can update all my rents and i love the new feature of adding leases

Cons:

i guess the teething issues at first, but that was mainly not knowing how to use it, and do stuff inside the portal. I'm still learning, but I love the support from the team
