FleetGuru 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

At first, I was a bit skeptical when I heard about “another fleet management solution,” especially since we’ve been using GPS tracking on our vehicles for years. However, after seeing the FleetGuru demo, I immediately realized that this service helps me handle many aspects of fleet operations for which we previously couldn’t find suitable tools. In the past, we had to do a lot of manual work and spend a significant amount of time to get a clear, comprehensive view of our fleet’s performance. Now, FleetGuru does all of this automatically. We really appreciate that the service is accessible to vehicle users via a mobile app, which has significantly reduced the number of unnecessary phone calls and scattered messages across various channels. Even though we’ve been striving to follow a paperless office policy for years, we still had some paperwork related to vehicle inspections (and filling out those forms in the rain was awful). Thanks to FleetGuru, all these processes are now completely paperless. I also want to highlight the exceptional customer support provided by FleetGuru. Their responses are always quick, and the advice is truly knowledgeable. I was initially surprised at how they seemed to know so much not only about the FleetGuru platform but also about fleet management processes in general. I later learned that the team consists of people with extensive experience in managing large fleets themselves.
