At the moment it's just my project manager and myself using the product but its been fantastic so far.

Pros:

The customer support at Jack is next level fantastic so any issues are sorted pretty quickly. We find having our own account manager so helpful.

Cons:

While it's always hard to get used to a new software I do find adding hours our team works difficult but it could just be a learning curve.

Pros:

User friendly layout and operation. Good capture and management of project docs and financials with sync to XERO. Customisable backend that works well for NUVO. Looking forward to utilising the full potential of the finance section for live job status, FF and WIP.

Cons:

Some nuances with document storage and document use/attachments. Unable to drag/drop saved files to another folder within the system (IE superseded documents to SS folder) and have to have the file open in another location when attaching to PO's.

We really liked the project management chat the software has, it has made running our jobs much easier

Cons:

Work through the bugs has Been slower than we liked and the ability to edit what the client sees in a lot more detail then already exists

Easy to use, intuitive and great customer support. The team has been great to deal with so far for questions being very response.

Cons:

There have been no negatives to date—just a few feature suggestions tailored to our workflow which hopefully we will see in the future.
