      Best CMMS around - cost effective, simple and innovative

      The system was very easy to implement with us being live within 2 weeks. The system is easy to use and does everything we need. Support during implementation and post go-live has been really good and the team is always available for us.

      Asset management and parts management have been really useful for us. We didn't have insight on costs and breakdowns related to our production equipment and realised some assets were not worth keeping. The planned maintenance is also good, as it just automates that process and really is set and forget.
      Cons:
      Hard to find a con as everything has worked as expected and the product is innovating and evolving really well. I understand there is probably many things to focus on with technology advancing so quickly, but if I had to say anything it would be great if they could expand their out of the box integrations available.

      Easy to use platform with comprehensive reporting, great overall functionality with a great future road map. We also found it cost effective for what they offered.
      Cons:
      On their professional plan their is customisation to the system, but it would be awesome if more customisation could be available in the future! In saying that, great system.

      The system was outdated compared to Connexus. We found it wasn't suitable for us as a business, especially coming from excel.

      Very well rounded CMMS. Does everything you need and more. Best solution I have used out of the many available.
      Cons:
      Currently you can migrate all data except for current work orders. At the beginning they helped add it in for us, but it would be great if it could be added to the existing migrate template.
