Best thing to happen to my bakery business

Pros:

Before BakeStreet, it was messy. We tracked quotes, orders, payments, balances on paper, and things slipped. Notes got missed, details were written wrong, the kitchen got confused, and mistakes happened. It was stressful and it slowed us down. With BakeStreet, all of that is gone. Everything is clear and in one place. Orders move faster, the kitchen understands exactly what to make, and nothing gets missed. Because it’s easier for customers to work with us, they order faster and come back more often. My team saves a ton of time, we can take on more work, and customers are happier. Sales are up, reviews are better, and new customers keep finding us—without us doing anything extra.

Cons:

Honestly, there’s not much I don’t like. The only thing we’d love to see is a loyalty program built in. Their POS already does everything better than the systems we’ve used before, and a loyalty feature would be perfect for our regulars who come in every day for coffee and pastries. The good part is, the BakeStreet team told us it’s already on their roadmap and should be launching in the next few months, so we’re looking forward to that.

Nothing as such. If there is an issue, they solve it fast. Works great for our business. They are working on wholesale.
