A product that solves a real issue.

Finally we found a product / service which solves an actual problem. The team behind Supplied are responsive and seem flexible. When encountering issues or bugs, they get their act together and act fast.

- Fast response when it comes to to questions, issues & customer support; - Product solves a real issue; - It works and does what it promises.

Cons:

- Some bugs are (understandably) present; - Well if you HAVE to write more, i guess we could complain about the pricetag... ;)

Goede hulpmiddel en support

Voor een lastifge fiscale kwestie is dit een goede hulpmiddel met bruikbare en duidelijke functionaliteit en ik oprecht tevreden met de bijbehorende support, die optimaal is en je verder op weg helpt bij obstakels.

De te gebruiken template was al in hoge mate voor gedefinieerd en de support was altijd beschikbaar en toereikend.

Cons:

De aangegeven foutmeldingen van de export van de template was voor mij onbegrijpelijk en kon ik niet zelf oplossen.

Personal Guidance with a Compliant Result

Our overall experience with Supplied has been very positive. We valued the personal approach and the clear focus on achieving a compliant end result, which gave us confidence throughout the DAC-7 reporting process.

Pros:

We have used the Supplied solution for DAC-7 reporting and greatly appreciated the personal approach, which ensured a final result fully compliant with the required reporting.

Cons:

If we had to mention one point for improvement, it would be the instructions and descriptions for using the tooling, which seemed more focused on the process itself than on the perspective of end users. However, this was more than compensated by the excellent support provided by the Customer Success team.

Ease of use. Excellent service. We were able to complete onboarding, due diligence and dac7 compliance efficiently, on time and save significant costs.

Cons:

Being able to synchronise data with CRM and ERP systems would be amazing and i understand this is coming
