Best Endpoint Security Solution for Scaling Businesses

After using it for my company, we started recommending it to our partners and customers. We do not resell or anything like that. I just intro over Slack and then I hear things like “KiteCyber is the easiest tool in our stack”. People thank me for the intro. Excellent product. Excellent team.

Pros:

Simplicity and effectiveness. For scaling companies that know they need more security but don’t want to hire a company or a staff member to do it can just use the tool. Implementation is done by KiteCyber and the operational aspect of the tool can be done by any business user.

Cons:

Some things don’t produce logs for audit. If you are using KiteCyber to help meet security requirements from things like ISO 27001 or SOC 2, KiteCyber does not report on endpoint vulnerability scans. Just know this and use something else to handle controls around vulnerability scanning.

I don’t like MDRs. I wanted something we own and manage and don’t need to pay a team to manage.

Kitecyber provides a unified IT, security and compliance solution, which helped us eliminate several point tools and consolidate our security and IT in one single solution.

Cons:

It is a new tool and new features are coming out faster than I would like. The UI also changes more frequently as compared to very mature products.

Kitecyber makes it easy to onboard and manage devices remotely. The dashboard is intuitive, and policy enforcement is smooth. A standout feature is the inbuilt VPN, which requires zero configuration on the client side, making secure access simple and seamless. We also appreciate the visibility it offers across our device fleet.

Occasional glitches in some features. While the support team is responsive and helpful, a few recurring issues could use more permanent fixes.

Ease of use and it was bundling our network security policies, MDM and VPN into one solution. It also hooks into existing SSO solutions to make it a breeze to deploy. Works on phones, laptop and tablets in the field.

Cons:

KiteCyber is a necessary tool in our current IT infrastructure. It will force devices to confirm to a policy and might be troublesome for some devices that are shared.

As an employee, the initial setup and upgrades are seamless for me and my team. I get flagged that Kitecyber is running in the background whenever I update my computer, and we integrated them into our employee onboarding program.

Cons:

No negative feedback. The only issues I've heard about indirectly were related to process things such as employee onboarding.

Best UEM, VPN and DLP bundle out there

Cons:

They have multiple modules and it took some time for the team to understand and implement them all. Their support team was very helpful in getting the set up completed in time.

Simple, easy to use and comprehensive security solution for our team. We wanted to be compliant and secure without too much overhead and Kitecyber helped achieved that.

Cons:

It took some time to understand all the detailed features in the product beyond the initial set up. Also we weren't used to SaaS security and URL filtering, so blocking some categories impacted some sites that the team was using before.
