Very good overall. Occasionally there have been some bugs. Particularly with versioning course sites, making the edits, and re-publishing the course sites, there have instances of issues. But the support staff was able to address those issues.

Pros:

The ongoing support from the Catholic Faith Technologies/FACTS team has been very helpful. This ongoing interaction with suppor staff, as well as availability of technical support, has been great. I have enjoyed working with [sensitive content hidden]

Cons:

It would be better to be able to update course pages instantaneously, as opposed to having to update PDFs and upload them. I previously used Google sites as an LMS. While the FACTS LMS is superior, what I liked about Google Sites, is that I was able to make real time edits to the course pages and then, with a click of the button, be able to upload the updated course page.

Reasons for choosing FACTS Learning Platform

The price, the quality of conversations with the representatives from Catholic Faith Techologies. We also liked the fact that they represented a company with Catholic ownership/foundership.

Reasons for switching to FACTS Learning Platform

Google Sites stopped offering their LMS, at least, in terms of how we were using it.

Prompt attention to details, updating, and making requested changes.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the changeover didn't go smoothly. A lot of back and forth to get matters ironed out. At this point, things are working well.

Turnover to FACTS. I believe the previous company merged with FACTS.

Well Rounded Learning Platform

Overall, FACTS is a great learning platform, especially for parents to be kept up to date on the necessities of attendance, grades, and other pertinent information.

Pros:

I have used FACTS for several years as my children's school uses it for several things. It is extremely easy to use. I am able to easily check grades, attendance, enroll, and even look at lesson plans for their classes. With two factor authentication, I know that our information is safe.

Cons:

I have had problems with logging in during certain instances as it appeared that there were two separate logins. It was a bit of a hassle having to figure out what to do for this particular instance.

Great Customer Service and Platform

I have had a very positive experience with FACTS. The content that we use is high quality, the customer service and project managers that I have encountered are easy to talk to they understand what I'm looking for and can help me attain my goals as a partner and customer.
