Great Customer Supports!

Pros:

Creating Learning Paths for my staff is easy. Finding their completion certificates in daily reports is effortless.

Cons:

Glitches as the dashboard was being updated. It would be nice if there were an online tutorial, especially for creating a course.

Pros:

It is a simple product with lots of future potential. They update the UI quite frequently and try their best to make the system work well.

Cons:

I had some issues with the administrative side. Learn2Care seems relatively new to the market and will probably improve in the future.

Learn2Care course

My overall experience with Learn2Care was satisfactory. It was a nice refresher to things that I have previously learned and definitely taught me new things also!

Pros:

I like how easy Learn2Care was to navigate. All of the information given is thoroughly explained and very easy to understand and take away.

Cons:

The time dedicated to the course doesn’t match the time it actually takes to do the course, it made it a bit overwhelming from the start, for me personally. Some of the information is redundant over a few different courses and could be split between one course or another vs adding repeated information into an entire separate 45 minute course that has to be completed in order to complete the overall assignment. The website would glitch out and not mark some courses as complete and I would have to go back and answer some questions in the middle of the quiz and sometimes exit and reload the entire website and renter, mid-quiz, again, before it would acknowledge that the quiz was completed.

In general the platform is user friendly, supported administrator is helpful and emails are answered the same day when the issues is addressed

Communication is fast Coordinator is supportive and help over zoom as needed Help is also provided to the students

Cons:

The hours on Modules mismatch-not adjusted to the course hours. The phone calls not answered and need to send email asking for calling back

A great platform for the price.

I have been using it for a few months. I have only hired one employee, but it made it easier just to assign courses to them to complete online.

I really like the Pricing and convenience. It's a big help with time management. I am busy running my business and this takes one of my hats away that I have to wear.

Cons:

I would like to add a few more role-specific training courses. The majority of the courses that are required are included.
