The form layout helps teams adjust instantly based on the visit type, such as PAS, habilitation, or RN supervision.

Supervisors can handle large and complex documentation, including lengthy forms with recurring tables, structured data blocks, and standardized formatting. The system lets operators auto-generate and populate layouts with agency data, delivering fully formatted and branded PDFs that meet internal and regulatory documentation standards.
