Strong tool for tracking feedback across multiple stores, with room to improve alerts and exports

The experience was generally positive. I was able to add links for multiple stores and companies, and the tool does a good job surfacing common topics and recurring issues in customer feedback. That said, I couldn’t export the topic summaries, and the lack of automated alerts is a limitation.

Being able to see customer comments from different social networks all in one place was very helpful, especially when managing feedback across multiple stores and brands.
Cons:
It would be helpful if the platform sent alerts when satisfaction levels drop or spike unexpectedly.
