Overall great app. Easy to use for landlord and tenant. I love being able to track all things in one place.

Overall, my experience with Innago as the owner of Minikaal Corporation has been very positive. It was straightforward to set up, and it quickly became the central place where I manage applications, leases, rent collection, expense tracking, report generation and tenant communication for my residential rentals. Innago has significantly reduced the amount of manual, scattered work I used to do across different tools, and replaced it with a clear, organized workflow. The interface is intuitive enough for daily use, but still powerful enough to support real-world landlord needs as my portfolio grows. Customer support has also been excellent whenever I have questions, which gives me confidence in using Innago as a long-term operating system for my rentals. Overall, it has made my property management more efficient, professional, and scalable.

Hackers were able to infiltrate my account and change my bank account to theirs. I lost $5,800 because of this, of which Innago only returned $2,500 of it claiming it was my fault.

I am beyond impressed and extremely happy with the experience so far on Innago. The website is very well organized, it is easy to add new tenants, edit/modify/create invoices, keep track of the finances, use filters in the income/expense sections to focus on any particular tenant/timeframe/type/etc. I have explored various features over the past few months, and really the only thing I was surprised by, and maybe that is just good to be aware of, is the inability to sign a lease from your phone, it can only be done on the website. The positives and benefits of Innago far outweigh this one downside. I cannot imagine moving to a different platform. To top it off, not a single complaint from any of the tenants so far. I expect the software will help me find information much more easily when it comes to filing our tax returns.

It was easy to transition over to, and the customer service was great when I had questions. The pricing is much better. I’m not paying for a bunch of features that I don’t need and would never use.

It does everything that I need to manage several residential properties.

I use it for rent collection and property management and it is great value for my money with a very low monthly fee.

We've been using Innago since July 2025 and have had a pretty smooth experience so far. Anytime we've had questions, contacting customer service was easy. Setting up our property and payments has been really easy. We recommend to other landlords.

Super easy to use and tenant friendly. I don't have to constantly monitor it. Once everything is set up, it's pretty hands off.
