Cons:
I had issues with remote users being unable to login to unattended desktops. This was due to a licensing issue.

What I like most about Software Assist is its ease of use and accessibility. The platform allows me to have all the equipment I need to provide service to clearly organized and always available, which makes day-to-day operations much more efficient.
Cons:
Sometimes it can be difficult to quickly find what I am looking for within the menus or configuration settings

Hi, I have been using for a couple years now. No matter where I am travelling, Zoho Assist works reliably. Makes my on line life easy with no stress. Retired now, but was in business for over 41 years, and I wish Zoho Assist was around years ago!

The only comment that I have on the cons of Zoho Assist is that it was not on the market years ago, as it would have helped me out sooner.
