A school management system which does everything needed of such a system. Easy to set up and handle ....very useful

I'm not sure I like anything about it. It's not user friendly.

Cons:

Functionality. Can't drag and drop items and documents, long winded, and complicated.

Significant shortcomings

Our school will be looking for an alternative as soon as we have capacity to reconsider.

Pros:

It's a CRM for schools. The basic functionality is there. REST APIs for data access.

Cons:

Atrocious atrocious service. No response from the account manager or service dept for weeks, basic features broken, and no response to escalations. I don't think they care at all, as an organization.
