Great Software for Company with Large Volume based Transaction

We are still in progress in simulating some of the scenarios. But with a very helpful Support Staff, we are really sure some limitations might be able to resolve via a workaround.

Pros:

1. Software was very easy to use. And most of all, the support was quick response and very helpful. 2. With reasonable value, we already get Greenfield Analysis, Network Optimization, Simulation & Transportation Optimization. 3. We can import data in excel based and also integrate with some common db such as sqlserver & Oracle. 4. The Example Scenario was easy to understand. And most of it represents current business challenges such as Shipments Scheduling, Warehouse vs Cross-docsk Optimization, MRP Inventory Policy, etc.

Cons:

1. The software was design for Simulation. So if we want to use it as transportation planning, we need extra effort to break down the simulation back into detail shipment level. 2. Some experiment results might be different from the manual calculation. It occurs if we mistakenly identify which information to provide in order for the simulation to be correctly calculated. 3. If we still want to use the software as planning tools, we need to do some workaround so the calculation can be used. Unfortunately, this understanding might be confusing for some low educated staff.

Best supply chain design digital twin, simulation and optimization software

We have built several supply chain digital twins that allowed customers to find solutions to their business challenges such as finding the optimal location of their distribution centers, finding the right size for those distribution centers, allocating demand and supply to supply chain nodes, finding cost saving, service improvements and risk vulnerabilities in their supply chain

anyLogistix is well structured and enables users to create a digital twin of any organization's supply chain. It provides support for simulation and optimization, hence becoming an ideal planning tool to find the best logistics and inventory setup, analyze suppliers, evaluate alternatives and act upon them. It is really useful to evaluate and manage supply chain risk

Cons:

As any other robust tool, it takes time to learn how to use it effectively. Good thing that there are partners that offer training and support

Pros:

What I like the most is the ease of use, the analysis of the data through graphs and tables, the possibility of exporting information as well as interacting with anyLogic, the risk analysis, as well as the calculation of CO2 emissions

Cons:

I have not found negative things yet. I still have to keep learning, keep using it, but every time I love it more with the possibilities

Pros:

What I like most about anyLogistix is how it helps you design and improve supply chains in a clear and easy way. It combines two powerful tools: optimization (to find the best solutions) and simulation (to test different scenarios). This means you can see how a supply chain will perform in the real world, even under unexpected conditions. The platform is user-friendly, so you don’t need to be an expert to use it. Plus, the 3D maps and visuals make it easy to understand how different decisions impact the supply chain.

Cons:

The software is powerful but can feel complicated, especially for those new to supply chain management. Another issue is that it can be expensive, which might not suit smaller businesses or individuals. I also feel it doesn’t allow as much customization in certain cases, limiting flexibility. Additionally, for very large data sets, the software can slow down, and the available documentation may not always provide enough detail for advanced users.
