The best VMS system I have used.

Conexis has opened our business and provided us with opportunities we would never have had before. The program admins all the way to the executive team have been nothing shy of amazing and our partnership with Conexis will be one that will continue to grow as we do.

Pros:

One of the features I thoroughly enjoy within Conexis VMS is the ability to assign profiles with specific purposes (i.e Finance Profiles, Supplier Profile, Proposer Profile) The ability to set limitations and provide access to specific users allows us to give access based on individual functions rather than giving admin access to everyone.

Cons:

The integration into our business was easy, the cost is negligible, and the team has been phenomenal so there are no complaints on our end.

Our experience using Conexis VMS has been excellent and the feedback as well from our finance and recruitment teams has been nothing but positive regarding the ease of use and ability to run reports/data. Overall our organization is a big proponent of the Conexis VMS software.

Pros:

I have used a number of VMS tools over the years and I found Conexis easy to navigate and is very user friendly. Support was always responsive and very helpful. The time tracking and approval is straight forward to use for both the end client and consultant. Requisition tracking and candidate submission is also well thought out and extremely seamless.

Cons:

At this stage I haven't really run into any issues with the software.
