Pros:
Very customisable for our specific needs in food production. Was easy to integrate with our ERP and other systems. Intuitive platform that's fairly easy to learn. A lot cheaper price than some more well-known solutions like e.g. SAP Ariba.
Cons:
Haven't faced any real issues yet. I'm sure something will come up as it always does, but for the past 2 years we've been really happy

Pros:
To finally have a system that gathers all our vendor data in one place. Has made it much easier to work internally and with our vendors. Kodiak Hub was a lot easier to integrate than our old SRM platform.
Cons:
I feel like the names they've chosen for the modules/features can be a bit confusing - I find that a bit unnecessary.

I've had a great time using Kodiak Hub. It's made dealing with suppliers easier and more efficient. Sure, it took a minute to get used to, but now I can't imagine going back. Totally recommend it if you want to get your supplier relationships in order.

Kodiak Hub's SRM system is easy to use and keeps all our supplier info organised. It's got good analytics functions that help us make decisions, and I and other teams can access it from anywhere. Plus, their support team is awesome – always ready to help.
Cons:
There's a bit of a learning curve at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing.

That we finally can have all our supplier data in one place and that it integrates with almost everything without any hassle! Their global attribute library has really been a game changer for us when creating self-assessments since it saves us so much time and gives us confidence that we're covering all aspects. Kodiak Hub's platform is also very easy to use and has a nice looking, modern interface which just feels nice to work in day in and day out. They really listen to their customers and our requests! Last but not least, this tool has really helped us improve our supplier relationships and performance since we have all data in one place which allows us to collaborate and find out where action is needed much easier than before.
Cons:
I can't really see any cons - it really is so much better than our old tool SAP Ariba

Kodiak Hub's system simplifies supplier management with a straightforward interface and useful performance dashboard. The insights that comes with the dashboards are great. It integrates well with other systems like our ERP's. We find it has enhanced our internal processes with its automated workflow features that can trigger actions you find necessary. It's also been a very Customisable system for our needs and I feel we've gotten a lot of support from their team.
Cons:
No massive cons. Set up takes some time, but it's the same for any system of this magnitude.

- very customizable for our needs, not as rigid as SAP Ariba is - Easy to use - Nice reporting functions and insights. - The Actions collaboration function is really good!
Cons:
- It took a bit longer to implement than we initially thought (a lot due to ourselves), but it was still probably 6-7 months quicker than Ariba.
