Sometimes messy with updates, or forgets to implement some agreed changes.

Simple to use the program. All the fields are understandable

Cons:

Price, if we have so questions and they are simple to answer it do not need any programing work, but we get charged almost for all questions we have asked

Possibility for carriers to make online booking / time windows for arrival of trucks. Flexibility and tons of useful reports and etc.

Cons:

Long waiting time from support in order to make new inquiries. Pretty expensive. Noting more to add.

I liked LOGIFLY’s user-friendly interface – it’s easy to navigate and doesn’t require much training The system is stable and reliable – we can depend on it for daily operations without unexpected issues

Cons:

Creating login / instructions for suppliers takes a lot of time because there is no option to copy - paste information directly from Word to LOGIFLY
