Product Tracking

We had to remove and reinstall a large amount of materials. It was important to know where the product is within the our production schedule.

Pros:

Integration within our drawings was really key to getting an overall view of the progress made.

Cons:

When changing the titles of group catagories, any items within the old name would be lost and they had to be re-catagorized.

It’s okay for the price

It is a decent eld system. Just wish the pretrip wouldn’t act up

It is easy to use online, but not so much in person.

Cons:

I don’t like how there is connection problems with the pretrip.

Not so good, cause really that loading for 5 seconds added up and took much longer time to process the data than expected.

It allows user to look at the floor plan and pick the panel that I needed, which is easy to select while I am standing at the floors.

Cons:

The software took so much time to load some times, whether can be loading the floor plan, panel detail or even taking photos.

Pros:

I no longer have to spend hours walking the site to calculate what has or hasn’t been installed. My staff can update their work at the end on each day onto Matrak. This saves me so much time! This is also seen by the client, this saves him time also. No longer is there a dispute in our monthly progress claims as the proof of works is on Matrak!

Cons:

It has become pretty easy to use. A good thing for us tradies.

Really great idea but a rough fit

I think the program has a lot of great benefits but because it doesn't seamlessly fit into our systems it creates a lot of double-handling which undermines the value of it.
