Lack of customer support, non working software, expensive to use. I would not recommend this software.

Pros:
The design is cool, and native to the Mac application. Promises to do a lot, and looks quite efficient to download and install.
Cons:
The software recording does not work. You install the app and click record, it starts loading, freezes the computer and never records. I emailed support and they basically ignored my email.
