Pros:
I like the fact that it is user friendly, can help us have a hotdesking environment and choose to sit next to new faces and people.
Cons:
The newer version can have a bit of a lag at times. Especially when loading the website. Didn't have this problem in version 1

Pros:
It's quick to figure out and quite easy to use. I think the best feature is having saved preferences so that the booking process can be super quick when you have a regular desk and work hours.
Cons:
My only two criticisms are very minor. Firstly, when I open HybridHero it will consistently show the logged in dashboard page for a few seconds (up to date with the correct day & time etc.) and then log out before I can do anything like checking in to a booking. Secondly, it would be great to have an additional option when saving a booking for the same day to save & check in. This would be ideal for the times when making a booking for a desk you're already at, reducing the amount of times I make a booking on the day but forget to check in. Alternatively, the check in & check out buttons could be different colours or in different locations so that they don't look identical at a glance.

Why do we have to type our E mail in ?

Like many IT systems unless all employees start using the system, is it really adding any value ???

Why do we now have to type our e mail address in every day, ???? when it was previously pre-loaded !!!!! To encourage people to use systems you should remove hoops, not add them

HybridHero 2 has made booking desks in advance a bit easier and with less steps. Setting my preferred desk is another welcome new feature. I also love the push notifications for upcoming bookings - it's become even easier to check-in, and much less likely that I will have my booking expire due to my forgetfulness!
Cons:
It would be really neat if we could see who had booked desks from the floor plan on the mobile app. If I am booking while I'm out and on my phone, I can't see who has booked the desks and sometimes that is information I need to know!

Valuable, easy to use, intuitive interface. I work for BRP and it its the first time I am using a tool like this one.
Cons:
As part of our cybersecurity awareness activities at BRP, we reviewed the user experience of Hybrid Hero and identified a few communication‑related inconsistencies that may affect the clarity and trustworthiness of the platform for end users. We wanted to share these observations to support a more coherent and professional experience across all languages and touchpoints. Below are the main issues identified (with screenshots sent to [sensitive content hidden] for reference): Spelling mistakes in English, such as the use of “Longin into” instead of the correct “Log in to.” Mixed-language (“franglais”) messages, where certain interface elements appear in two languages instead of consistently displaying only the language selected by the user. This issue occurs across language selections at BRP: only the sentence under the subtitle appears in the user’s chosen language, while the rest remains in English. Missing visual elements, including the absence of the Hybrid Hero logo on the confirmation page, unlike the main access page which includes the logo and reassures users that they are interacting with the correct platform. While these issues may seem minor, they may lead to user confusion or reduce confidence in the platform, especially in a cybersecurity and compliance‑sensitive environment. There are lots of desk booking sites out there, however I have found this to have the easiest to use. There are various features to enhance the experience should you choose to - however for the foundational aspect it is the best on the market.
Cons:
Whilst the mobile app is good, it would be great to be able to see who has booked desks in your space just like on the desktop app.

I like the visibility it provides on who is in the office and where I can find them. I like that I can book a desk and know that it will be available for me.
Cons:
It can be slow to load, when using Microsoft Edge web browser, it does not remember my email address when logging in.

It speeds the process up to be able to set my prefered desk as a favourite that comes up straight away
Cons:
The online app is really slow to load from the login screen and at each step and there is no stay logged in option

Ease of use, easy to find a free desk, its very clear to see which desks are free and which are taken.
Cons:
Would like a reminder to check in as the booking is removed if you forget to check in. It would be good to have an option to keep yourself logged in as well.
