Straight-forward and Convenient
We were fulfilling free orders when you scan a QR code
PROSThe list of validations was easy to find, and the option to either validate or delete was convenient.
CONSThe frequency of the reminder emails is annoying, but i'm sure that could be easily fixed

The product is excellent just takes some time to get users
The wording on your insert will definitely affect how often a customer will scan the QR code. A good offer is very important. Right now we still use the getreviews.ai domain but will likely move to our custom domain once things get rolling.
PROSI like the way it appears to my customers. It's professional and easy to understand
CONSIt is a bit difficult to get things setup right. However, customer support was EXCELLENT.

It's a really good app as far as helping you to establish connections with your customers .

CONSThe pricing is a bit much for me . I would prefer something less pricier.

We've been using GetReviews.ai for a couple of months, and it's been great! We got everything set up ourselves, and once you get the hang of it, it's a piece of cake. Excited to rack up more reviews for our business!
CONSThe wording was a bit confusing with terms like survey, giveaway etc. and for some reason, they didn't seem to match the content at first. It took some time to figure out what can be edited where, but you'll get the hang of it pretty fast, so it's not a big deal.

Highly recommended, when you try a software it ends up being as described in getreviews. It is a very reliable site.
PROSThe detail of the reviews and how honest they are.
CONSThe site is not in Spanish. They could offer the option in different languages.

Good value for Money, Not perfect but it does the job well
The templates and surveys are intuitive and user friendly.
CONSI do not like that I have to essentially offer customers in the UK and the US the same reward for completing the survey. This is a limitation for me.

I improved Amazon product reviews with GetReviews.ai in terms of quality and quantity. This helped in attracting more customers and I got opportunity money as a key source of income.
CONSI have to spend some money to buy Amazon products which are expensive for me. Giving feedback about purchased products is time consuming. Sometimes it's a stressful job when I'm busy with a tight schedule.
