About Victoury

Victoury is a browser-based platform where you can manage all your travel business operations while having an overview of active deals and payments. Victoury has multiple integrations to help you streamline your workflow and save time.

Brands can be set up for your account so you can order the products you offer under different profit centers.

Adding a product and displaying it on your website can take less than an hour. All you have to do is fill in the product description either in one language or multiple, add images and videos, and set up the sell and buy price for your product. Additional details can be set afterward such as availabilities and allotments, linked suppliers, traveler limits (adults, children, seniors etc.), discounts, and custom fields for any additional remarks.

The available options for products can be customized according to your business needs. If you only offer specific countries as destinations or if you have certain types of products, you can set up your choice lists to reflect that. When you create a new product, only the options you added in will be selectable, saving you precious time.

to create trips in a visual way. New or existing products are added in the trip and they can be arranged by drag and drop in the timeline. Each day and product has description fields and multimedia slots that can be filled in using multiple languages. Every trip created can be used as a template in an itinerary deal to craft the perfect package for your customers. There are three types of deals in Victoury: the lead deal which contains essential information only, the standard deal with more extensive deal information, and the itinerary deal which has a trip linked to it. Arrangements can be freely edited in a deal, and any price changes are kept on the deal level. Travelers can have rooms assigned to them in case of booking accommodation. An email connection is used to send and receive emails of any kind directly in Victoury. You can have automatic emails sent on specific steps of the customer journey according to a template you define in the text library. This can include booking confirmation emails, pre-travel information, post-travel emails, and so on. For each product, automatic supplier orders can be enabled to send an email automatically once a booking is confirmed. If an email is sent with the deal number in the subject, Victoury will set up links between the recipient, the product, the deal, the supplier, and the user whose email address was used. This link allows you to navigate easier between parts of the deal and the respective emails show up under each of the linked items. Invoices are generated both for suppliers and customers. Other kinds of documents can be created such as invoices, travel plans, vouchers, trip offers, and more. You can fully customize the layout and design of these documents along with our team to fully reflect your brand. The documents are shared either via email, download, or print, and if the deal is an itinerary one, the travel plan can also be shared as a live website that is updated in real-time with any changes you make. The website is personalized for each deal and the link always stays the same. Payments are tracked for customers and suppliers. The payments can be updated manually or via bank statement import. The payments can also be exported as an Excel file or directly exported to your accounting system through our integrations. Custom business insights are available at any time under the insights tab. The data can be shown either as a graph or a table depending on the factors you select. Some of the factors are destination country, brand, employee, product, a selected time period, or supplier. A virtual assistant for sales, marketing and accounting

Victoury offers a lot of great features to manage our bookings and products on a daily basis. The regular updates make our job easier and give us some new ideas to improve our work processes.
