Limit increase is often a nightmare with card issued by bank but the limit increase request within the tool is smooth and well controlled.

Cons:

Reporting is not comprehensive where the billing statement is not fully supported by an integrated report.

Solution for Employee Transportations Companies for Manage Fuel Expense , keeping Track record , Earlier we are sending money to driver partner daily by phone and google pay , and daily user limit is 20 user per day , Our fleet size is 100+ so always needs to send money form 5 different account , Its quite difficult to manage track record and its taking time for manage .

Cons:

User Experience , Easy to use , user friendly , Also view and accessible menu is easier to manage .

Costing is less , Possible to get credit line , No annual card cost only one time cost , Tech system is too fast and less errors .

Reasons for switching to Volopay

The Service level and card decline issues is more . also high cost.

One of the best business card and expense management platform out there!

Volopay has made it easy to use our business cards, all the while giving access to spend reports and receipts management. Given out global ambitions in our industry, the Volo card have critical to our finance, procurement and even engineering teams.

Pros:

I like the utility of the product in different scenarios. It allows budgeting, accounting and ensures the spending is in check with the help of reports. Customer support is also helpful and responsive

Cons:

Nothing as such, however when you check the spends listed via the expense tab on the card. It refreshes every time you reach to the bottom of the page and then new items are added to the list. Hope that is something we can improve.

Pros:

Easy implementation, great customer service, very well integrated to Xero. Cashback on foreign currency spend means the system pays for itself and more.

Cons:

Can be improved with Apple Pay/Google Pay to allow for easier use of cards. Multi-step and dual approvals for Bill Pay would allow for all Volopay spend to be in line with company policy.
