Pros:

It is well designed for the purpose intended. That is Utilities . We use for water billings and it is well designed and it has served our purpose. I had no ms Navision skills but i managed to install and customise it for our business. Though i have not used it for other capabilities like warehouse inventory management, i believe it is a great software platform which we shall adapt for better business assurance and billing. We have been using for almost a year now but still at it

The software is flexible, capable of being customised to our specific needs and cost effective.

Cons:

The downside of being customisable is that you have to write your own manual for the customisation!

Thank you Fergal for your review. I can only agree with comment, and Cons are also right- as customization's are very specific and usually made for just one company there is lack of documentations and it has to be created additionally, We can do it or client can do it.
