The most cost-effective and fuss-free solution for post-covid arts world

100% satisfied with the quick turnaround time, very responsive support, very intuitive interface, very customisable options, and very very affordable rates. I had thought that building something would cost me thousands of dollars, but it was really just a subscription basis and you could always revive it for another subscription period after as and when needed!

I LOVE the many highly customisable options for interactions, adding of content, and functions which are really fool-proof! Especially the Conditional logic that allows me to really choose and customise who sees what based on their previous choices. IT's PERFECT for creation of a digital interactive theatre experience and something that the Arts/Theatre world might wish to consider!

Cons:

It's already as perfect as I could possibly imagine, but perhaps if there is any way for users to see others people's comments during the experience and could toggle on and off (though to be fair, it's a very Asian-market kind of preference) that would be fun too, cos users could watch the show and see how others think and interact at the same time to certain plot during the show. There's this greater sense of being part of a community and sharing your emotions, which could greatly enhance the sense of presence as if you are physically watching a show with a group of people. So it would benefit the performing arts/theatre audiences more to have that addition.

Reasons for choosing Mindstamp

Generally a lot of the companies out there do not have a very transparent billing/pricing, or they do not really have a very user friendly showcase of what their various interactive options are. So Mindstamp stands out because I could easily look at their demonstration videos which were really user friendly to understand. So if they are able to make me, as a client, understand what they do so fuss free, I figured it would be easy to work with them for the user experience as well. If a company is not able to make me understand their work, then I have not much confidence that it'll be an easy process to get it out to the public in a user-friendly manner as well. Also there's discount for Vimeo Pro subscriber, so that's another perk!

Mindstamp is simple to use and has all the features I needed at a reasonable price. A video can have hotspots, buttons, or other timestamps that viewers can click on to move to other material. I appreciate this because it gives you the impression that some of the solution is yours. I appreciate this because it gives you the impression that some of the solution is yours.

Cons:

There were a few minor technical problems when configuring Mindstamp for our unique needs, but these were quickly and expertly resolved by the support team. Editing the searchable transcripts and adding additional flexibility to the series page are definitely what I should suggest.

The thing I like most about this software is its ease of use and the fact that it integrates with the most popular video hosting services. It enables users to quickly enhance their videos by adding interactive elements such as polls, call to actions, customizable overlays, and more. This makes it easy for viewers to take action and convert easily.

Cons:

We haven't found much to dislike about the software. Mindstamp is easy to use and very straightforward, making it simple to create interactive videos that really engage viewers. The only issue we've encountered is the fact that Mindstamp isn't compatible with all video hosting services, which could be an inconvenience for some users. Other than that, we haven't any complaints.

A great plattaform to make interactive videos. With the greatest customer support.

My experience is very positive in time of onboarding and time spent in learning how to use it. The results obtained are great. And again the support of the team is remarkable.

Love Love Love Mindstamp

The best! After wading through so many interactive video platforms, trying to contact them, trying super un-user-friendly editors and getting frustrated, Mindstamp was a breath of fresh air- I literally felt like I could breath and complete my project in a reasonable time on a budget. There really isn’t any other platform that delivers the quality at their price, and I have looked!

Where do I begin? I love the simple straightforward editor- much more user friendly than any of the competition. I love the functionalities- does almost exactly what I envisioned my interactive video to do. I love the customer service. I get a real person right away, in fact, they reached out to me first and I always get a response same day. I also agree with other reviewers that my suggestions were considered -and implemented within a couple days! Wow you can’t get that service anywhere! I also love how easy and flexible it is to embed and share the videos on any website. Woohoo!

Cons:

Hmmm, this is tough, all of the issues I thought there were have already been addressed by the programmers, I guess I wish I would have discovered them sooner!

Reasons for switching to Mindstamp

I tried a whole lot of platforms and none of them had everything I wanted- some had easy to use editors, but limited functions, some had great functions but horribly frustrating editors (Verse) and some were just too darn expensive! (Wirewax) thank you Mindstamp, I’m sold!

Product experience is a snap. Easy to create, fun to use. The use cases are only limited by your imagination. Writing scripts with ChatGPT, creating video scenes with Synthesia, creating narration with 11ElevenLabs, creating branching self-directed learning scenarios with Mindstamp, and serving them in an Articulate Rise course hosted on Articulate Reach360 - snap - done! Faster to create real value using Mindstamp to bring it all together.

Game-changing for people with disabilities

Pros:

I love the concept of video interaction software and see the potential for this to really benefit the deaf and hard of hearing communities. Being able to add captions, transcripts and other features really puts this ahead of its time.

Cons:

I don't think the platform is 100% intuitive and requires a bit of training to use. But once you've got that down, it's fairly easy and even fun. I look forward to the new features and UX updates to the platform.

We have been using Mindstamp for the last couple years for some of our marketing presentations and proposals which enabled us to really connect with our prospects. The tools allow you to track, analyze and stay on top of your marketing campaigns and performance metrics.

Cons:

The software is definitely one you should consider. When it comes to "Cons", I would say that it fulfilled what we were looking for so we don't have much to say here.
