A fantastic and easy to use visitor management system

The product has achieved everything we need and new features seem to be released often. The support is fantastic as I like to speak to some one instead of just using their live chat, and I can do this. Great company, great product.

Pros:

What was important to us was the full customisation we needed to manage and control the system the way we wanted. With different visitor types coming onsite we can create the right questions to the right visitors.

Cons:

The badge layout isn't as flexible as we liked and customising isn't an option at the moment.

Reasons for choosing VPass

Price for the features we required. The new contactless feature was want we needed and their support was excellent.
