About CommuniCloud Video

CommuniCloud is a video conferencing solution, designed to help small to large businesses collaborate with team members or clients via video or audio meetings. Features include scheduling, meeting room management, multiple device synchronization, screen sharing, call statistics and presentation streaming.

The application enables hosts to send email invites through the calendar, connect with participants or room systems and share content with attendees. It comes with an audio-conferencing functionality, which allows users to interact securely and record calls for future reference. With InView, the video conferencing feature, administrators can send meeting instructions, mute/unmute site audio, add/delete participants, and lock conference calls. Additionally, presenters using CommuniCloud can customize layouts of video sessions to enhance engagement among the audience.

CommuniCloud also integrates with Google Hangouts Meet, letting users interact via video/audio and share content. Pricing is available on request and support is provided via phone and documentation.

Pros Document sharing is just too comfortable as we typically use it for our team contributors and clients. We need to speak about the topics with the universities about the activities and documents sending while speakme is remarkable functions to enhance the discussion and are available to a happy end. The possibility to sign up for by means of the 0.33 component ( outside) is a super feature that efficiently works.

Cons:

Cons i am no longer glad with the fee that coult be a little bit beyond the market standard as properly its a few technical issues are traumátic. I Revel in connection troubles that cause time loss. It Will be tremendos to have a tribulation versión if i did nota get a recommendation from my Pal I could now not use the software program because It does no longer offer a unfastened trial to realize the software before purchasing

It allows our teams from our three different offices to communicate face to face and also allows our staff to share documents while discussing the documents.

Cons:

sometimes it does not connect and it takes a while to work out why. Often we just need to turn the system off and then back on, as with all electronic systems:)
