the product and services is good, however they dont allow much customization in process.

the executive support. they listen to customer.

Cons:

the rigidity in workflow. modification on existing software has been denied which is a drawback.

Good and satisfied with the product. Yes, it required some additional features such as repository creation of ole documents which is missing.

Yes trigger of email when the document is reviewed and forwarded to the next department is missing

1.good customer support 2.easy to use software 3.more options to deploy workflows other than employee onboarding, it can be used for procurement and other office purposes with Document management system.

Cons:

1.creating high workflows are complicated because it needs tech support. 2.integrations are not easy

Search works moderately well. Preview of documents

Cons:

Reports are not easy and customised to see Individual engagement monitoring is difficult Too much data entry - (task/job/project creation, approval etc...) Preview of CAD files not shown.
