Pros:

I like how efficient this software is and how much time/effort it saves me in my day to day. I would say setting up the workflow so it's accurate and successful was the most difficult aspect. However, once the workflow was established, it's wonderful to use! I really like the customer service portion, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been amazing, receptive and responsive to any breakdowns, errors or questions.

Cons:

It can be difficult managing the software as there are breakdowns along the way (usually 2-3 per week). It can be tiring at times to know this is a process that will need constant evaluation and management. It can be tiring to look for errors with every run and every step of the process.
