MYFUNDBOX is a payment processing solution that helps businesses handle customer invoices, select preferred payment gateways and create custom pricing plans. It enables professionals to streamline recurring billing and revenue management operations via a unified platform.

MYFUNDBOX allows users to bill weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly and charge customers based on custom subscription plans. Employees can choose to renew billing cycles based on the date customers signed up or bill all customers on a specific date and configure custom billing dates for each customer.

MYFUNDBOX facilitates integration with various third-party applications including Stripe, GoCardless, Mollie, PayPal, Amazon Pay and more to receive payments globally. Pricing is available on a monthly or annual subscription and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Pros:

I have been using MYFUNDBOX for the past few months and it's been a great experience. My job was very data-driven and tedious, so I was constantly looking for ways to automate & simplify my tasks. With this tool, all that has changed as I now have a simple solution to quickly generate leads with. Thank you!

Every time you click on a page, the loading speed should be faster

Excellent Solution for Managing Subscription Payments

We are a website management company with both monthly and annual contracts. We currently handle about 500 contracts and were looking to upgrade our subscription management operations (ie. Google Sheets). MyFundBox looks to be an excellent solution.

Pros:

It was easy to set up and integrate the payment gateways. It helps us with contract management, split invoices, follow-ups, plan updates, etc. Generating invoices and reports are a bonus. Importantly, it integrates with our primary payment processors - Stripe, Paypal, and Instamojo. They have excellent documentation and explainer videos to get an idea of all the possibilities.

Cons:

Areas for improvement would be the slightly dated UI. However, their roadmap looks exciting and we're glad to be along for the journey.

Online payments and subscriptions - All in one place

My overall experience is excellent. Everything is easy to manage and set up. MyFundBox allows me finally accept payments and subscriptions worldwide. The only thing I am really missing at the moment are subaccounts, so I could manage all in one place for my small brands.

Dashboard overview with all payments and subscriptions at one place. Adding new products is very easy. Sending pay links to customers in couple clicks. Sending invoices automatically after purchase. Embeddable code can be use for on any of my website. Customizing billing cycles.

Cons:

Missing flexibility to set up invoice appearance - current design not editable. No subaccounts for those with more trading brands. Payment boxes are also not editable - design and translation.

I have been looking for a great software that allows multiple payment types, while allowing subscription and repeat payments to be generated on a billing cycle.

Cons:

Honestly nothing, I've used a few things like this, and MyFundBox seems to have everything rolled up into one.

- VAT tax management (perfect for European customers) - Team based in Germany, GDPR compliance taken into account - Wide range of payment gateways, including leading European ones (Gocardless & Mollie) - Easy to use

Cons:

- Lack of integrations: Zapier integration is minimal, and Make integration (formerly Integromat) is missing although they may have a huge European customer base => They are developing these integrations as they grow, so good point here!

MyFundBox does exactly what it advertises, and then some more. The set up process is very easy, the UI is very intuitive and I love how the Dashboard display gives you an insight into multiple payment links, memberships, subscriptions, and more. Goodbye fragmented payments! I see the future now, truly empowering to see the numbers all reflected in one place.

Cons:

None so far. The set up has been extremely easy.
