Ottimo software ed ottima assistenza tecnica

Con Studio Plan abbiamo risolto il problema della registrazione delle attività di Studio. Volevamo eliminare i fogli elettronici utilizzati per la registrazione delle pratiche ed eliminare quindi le problematiche ad essi collegate: rischio di perdita dei dati, perdita di tempo per gestire i file, difficoltà nel lavorare simultaneamente sui file. Con Studio Plan abbiamo risolto, l'uso del software è molto intuitivo, ci è stato di grande aiuto per gestire le partiche di Studio e per recuperare le attività perse.

Pros:

Software di facile utilizzo, intuitivo, semplice da utilizzare e gestire. Offre diversi report che permettono di avere sempre la situazione sotto controllo, sia sui clienti, per monitorare le marginalità, che sui collaboratori, per monitorare i carichi di lavoro. Ottimo anche il servizio di Assistenza ai clienti sempre puntuale, preciso e disponibile. Ottima la capacità di ascolto e di raccolta delle richieste del cliente per sviluppare future implementazioni.

Cons:

Ci piacerebbe averlo on-line, essendo installato sul nostro server dall'esterno è difficoltoso utilizzarlo.

Recupero fatturato negli adempimenti spot richiesti dalla clientela. Migliore distribuzione compiti all'interno dello studio. Standardizzazione delle scadenze all'interno dello studio tra i vari collaboratori. Maggiore comunicazione/collaborazione tra i collaboratori.

Pros:

Si tratta di un ottimo prodotto vicino alle esigenze di uno studio professionale medio piccolo che permette il recupero di sacche di fatturato altrimenti perdute a causa delle organizzazioni interne. Si nota il contributo dei singoli professionisti che hanno, nel tempo, evidenziato le lacune e lo sforzo profuso per attuarle ed è forse questa la caratteristica migliore poiché chi sviluppa il software è pronto all'implementazione in maniera dinamica.

Cons:

Non ho avuto particolari problemi nell'utilizzo. Suggerisco soltanto di proporre in automatico lo scarico degli aggiornamenti accompagnando il tutto con delle pillole video.

Software che non conosci ma che dovresti avere!

I vantaggi sono sicuramente il fatto di avere una situazione dettagliata dei lavori svolti durante il giorno da parte di tutto lo staff e come lo studio riesce a tenere monitorate le attività straordinarie svolte da ognuno di noi, e che vengono periodicamente valutate in materia economica. Il supporto tecnico è veramente gentile e disponibile, anche quando si tratta di attività più "noiose" e magari di ripetere i passaggi più e più volte!

A volte per trovare una funzionalità o implementare un comando non è semplice o di rapida intuizione, e quindi dobbiamo "appoggiarci" al supporto tecnico.

Il software è facile e intuitivo e mi permette di gestire tutte i processi organizzativi dal mandato alla fatturazione passando per l'analisi dei costi e dei tempi

Cons:

Non ritengo ci siano problemi, se avevo qualche richiesta particolare il team di sviluppo l'ha presa in carico e in poco tempo l'ha implementata nel programma
