This application has effectively helped us with sending and receiving email, all attached documents can be downloaded and archived easily and quickly, sharing appointments, links and projects with our collaborators and partners is agile, optimizing time for our business.

Cons:

It would be interesting to have integrated taskbars for applications such as Microsoft Teams

Perfect choice for work emails

My overall experience with Email Manager for Microsoft 365 is positive. I like that the program is congruent with other Microsoft programs.

Pros:

Email Manager for Microsoft 365 is like many email softwares. It sorts your emails into sections like "focused" or "spam" and has a pretty useful search tool to help you sift through your inbox. I highly enjoy the linked calendar. This calendar can be shared with other people, such as coworkers or family members, which is immensely helpful when it comes to scheduling and knowing other people's schedules. Another aspect of this product that I enjoy is the continuity between Email Manager for Microsoft 365 and the rest of the Microsoft products. For example, the bar across the top of both this program and programs like Word and Excel are almost identical.

Cons:

I have had some difficulty sharing my calendar with other people, but I have not reached out to support to try and understand the issue.

Reasons for switching to Email Manager for Microsoft 365

My team at work preferred that the email and calendar were linked so that everything was in one convenient location.

High marks

I am happy as a lark; I personally am still using the email manager for Microsoft 365. The service is Great, No complaints here. If I had to request one thing, that would be to offer Copilot Vison with Copilot in the email manager for Microsoft 365 as a collaborative effort, so plain language turns into pure expressive gold!

Pros:

I liked the fact, that Copilot could touch up my emails, suggest improvements and could even help me with the emails by showing Copilot exactly what the email was regarding. I had a complaint with a company and Copilot helped me to express to that company what I felt was a major conflicting error, it even got resolved!

Cons:

I never really noticed any "Cons" about the email manager for Microsoft 365. I can honestly say I used it daily for so far around 3 weeks, I have not had a single disliked thing come up yet about the service that I would call a "Con" or a flaw.
