About SeeSOR

SeeSOR is a cloud-based Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance monitoring. Users are primarily contractors on government contracts and their government employee customers. Users are able to streamline their Quality Assurance (QA) process with Inspection Plans, Customer Feedback forms, Automated Scheduling, Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and Performance Data located all in one place. SeeSOR is user-friendly for clients and even their customers. When choosing to share SeeSOR with their customers, clients foster a positive relationship of collaboration and partnership.

Timely Customer Support From ASC Group. ASC Group Has A Team Of Subject Matter Experts.

Cons:

Considering The Diversity Of Our Business Lines, There Are Instances Where Programming Changes May Take Longer Than Expected. However, These Are Tracked And Monitored With Us On A Continual Basis.

There's no APP, but they are working on that. Until then we use chrome.

Useful and intuitive tool for tracking compliance with contract requirements.

Pros:

We use this tool by breaking down our Performance Work Statement into discreet requirements allowing us and our customer to easily evaluate compliance on a recurring basis. This tool provides an intuitive way to quickly and easily document compliance with requirements as well as document and noncompliance by using the Corrective Action Tool. Another nice feature is the integrated scheduling tool which provides useful reminders for key actions.

Cons:

This tool has a nice dashboard feature providing an overview of key measurements but in order to best show the data in a way that our customer desires, we still need to export the data to Excel in order to better show the results in a way that specifically addresses management and quality assurance practices of our customer and their mission. Utilizing the tool to its full capacity would require adjusting our processes to fit the tool which is not ideal but this is true with most widely used eTools. ASC is always eager to seek feedback they might be able to apply that would help organizations more easily and effective measure quality control and compliance.
