About Swiftaudit

Swiftaudit is a cloud-based product built to support healthcare coding and compliance as well as reduce compliance risk while improving revenue. The platform strengthens the business of health by assessing the risk of healthcare billing fraud, identifying sources of lost revenue, and improving patient care through clinical documentation practices from within a unified platform.

Swiftaudit's healthcare coding features include E&M Coder with the 1995, 2021, and 2023 AMA/CMS E/M documentation guidelines, CMS ICD-10-CM diagnosis code guidelines, CMS NCCI PTP and MUE edit checks, and CMS Medicare HCC diagnosis risk review. Users can upload their billing data into assigned work queues to improve workflows. Users can create customizable CDI checklists and auto-generate CPT(R) and HCPCS codes. The system provides detailed and summary audit review reports, both auto-generated and customizable based on business requirements.

I would not want to perform an audit without access to my SwiftAudit Application

I would not want to work with auditing without the support of my SwiftAudit functionality, for the audits, the QA and the reporting.

Pros:

Not only does Swiftaudit enable me and the contractors that I retain to document audits completely for EM encounters, but I am able to set up the parameters against which to audit other services, such as surgeries, office based testing, etc. Check lists can be developed for each service to uniformly audit each type of service that the user needs to audit. This gives SwiftAudit a huge amount of flexibility and application to medical practices, consultants, and compliance professionals. The ease in which the reporting is generated makes SwiftAudit stand out, saving the auditor so much time.

Cons:

Setting up a practice and audit can take a lot of time. But the company created a spreadsheet where the patients that are being audited can be added in a batch mode, making this process much more streamlined.

Swiftaudit is cloud based and offered more advanced features and developments as we moved through the new Millenium.

Swiftaudit Pro is great when performing compliance audits for healthcare providers.

I moved from another software who did not keep up with the changes. Swiftaudit Pro was more affordable and much easier to train team members on. Swiftaudit Pro is cloud based so I don't have to worry about the information being stored on person computers! This has been a time saver for my audit division.

Pros:

The ease of learning as I hire auditors as the projects come in. I can't afford a long training period as many of my projects are time sensitive.

Cons:

Nothing! I totally like this product and should have jumped onboard earlier!

Main reason for switch was cost...the other software kept increasing in price with no additional support or benefits.

Pros:

I love how easy it makes the audit process. Coding is difficult as it is. Its easy to manage team productivity, questions, reports for both FFS and HCC. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a reportable audit process.

Cons:

I can honestly say I am very happy with the product. Maybe a few more HCC/RA report options.

First of all, the customer service is excellent. [sensitive content hidden] is quick to respond and very knowlegeable about the product. The tool is easy to use and navigate. The tool makes it easy for us to provide quick, thorough, and compliant audits. The reporting functions are easy to use and provide a professional result. I'm very satisfied with this product.

Cons:

I only wish the product would move as fast as me. Sometimes, but not all the time, there is a lag.
