Hi Kiirsti, we're sorry that some of your work was lost and you weren't satisfied with our ongoing support. We're surprised by your review here saying you didn't know how to avoid this in the future, because our team investigated your case and found no errors in the saving process, at which point they kindly explained that the only way for your work to not be saved was if you clicked on the "discard changes" button. You even replied that you understood, and our support team further explained exactly when and why the "save changes" dialog pops up and how it looks so that you know to watch out for it in the future. We understand your frustration at having made this mistake, but we feel it's unfair that you blame our software and support. We confirmed this was not a software error and have taken every effort to respond to all your queries, to which you always gave us positive ratings in the past.
