About Cascade

Good value system with good reporting

Cascade is very user friendly from an end user experience. Like any HR system there's a few bits that need improvement but it is a good system, with reporting and dashboards being a key.

Pros:

Cascade is really good at being able to build reports - flexible for different work patterns and leave patterns

Cons:

Ability to store certain information wasn't built as standard and can be fiddly to rebuild or engage a 3rd party tp help make the changes
