About EazyBI Cloud

eazyBI is a cloud-based business intelligence platform suitable for businesses of all sizes in any industry. Features include data import, drag-and-drop report creation, interactive analysis and a custom calculation feature which allows users to create custom reports.

eazyBI’s drag-and-drop interface allows users to modify data visualizations to suit their needs. Users can create new tables, charts, reports and dashboards. Available chart types include table, column, bar, line, area, pie, scatter, bubble, timeline, map, Gantt, gauge, mixed charts and interactive charts. Results can be exported in CSV or Excel format.

Users also have access to online analytical processing (OLAP) tools and predefined calculations, and users can also create their own calculations if necessary. Data can be imported from various sources including Excel, FreshBooks, MySQL, Highrise, Jira and Zendesk.

eazyBI offers monthly online training workshops, on-site training and online support. Yearly and monthly subscription pricing is available.

EazyBI Cloud : A tool connected to Jira that offers all analytics reports taht you want to have.

With EasyBI, integrated with Jira, it allows to follow my maintenance service, with great KPI. By following them, it helps me to reduce my backlog by three, and reduce my time to deployement correction by 10 ! A very great tool.

Pros:

The software allosw to have a representation of your data, including history, that can be shown in Pie, tchart, multi-selection, and fully customisable by some small lines of code if needed.

Cons:

The normal function are easy to use, but when you need tricky data/graphics, the coding is a bit hard to masterized.

I quickly connected our JIRA data and made detailed dashboards that showed important trends, helping our team understand our performance better.

Cons:

I found the initial setup and integration with JIRA a bit complex and had to spend extra time reading the documentation.

I worked with EazyBI in the past to get some nice dashboard options for my Jira reports and I think it was good

Cons:

Not easy to use for new users but with some youtube videos you should be good.

Best Dashboard Generation for Metrics Reporting

- I am happy that our company adopts this tool for our dashboard generation. It is really a great breakthrough that we can already create more meaningful graphs and dashboards that ordinary Jira dashboards cannot

- I love the fact that eazyBI can easily and seamlessly be integrated with Atlassian tools and plugins such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr. Whatever data you need from Jira and Zephyr, you can surely access it for dashboard creating in eazyBI. As for Confluence, the eazyBI reports can easily be retrieved in Confluence via macros for easy wiki creation.- In eazyBI, there are so many options and ways you can create dashboards. eazyBI provides different templates that you can select from.- Dashboard generation is not very intimidating. Even if you deal with variables, data types, and data, eazyBI will be suggesting it to you clearly.- You can decorate your dashboards and graphs depending to your liking- You can create your own computation to be used as a variable for creating graphs

Cons:

- I don't know if this is for all, but there are many instances that eazyBI conducts their maintenance and it affects the operation for dashboard maintenance.- Few documentations for reference. I wish there are more clear references for the users to see.

EazyBI provides so much depth and functionality. It comes packaged with a huge set of built-in reports and measures and allows for custom calculations and reporting. It is especially great for analyzing historical trends within a Jira instance.

Cons:

There is a learning curve for new users of eazyBI. To help with that, eazyBI provides clear online documentation and they have an incredibly helpful and responsive support team.
