WebSell has smooth integrations to many leading POS systems including Retail Management Hero, pcAmerica's Cash Register Express, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Recently added is our integration to Windward System Five.

With an integrated e-commerce platform your business works from one data source. That means your staff can work online or in-store knowing that all transactions, product info, and customer data, will all synchronize to a single data source. No more manual data entry and no more errors in your systems. WebSell offers true integration between POS and webstore without relying on third-party connectors.

Businesses without a Point of Sale system or brick-and-mortar location can also sell online through WebSell Cloud. This solution works just like comparable online-only e-commerce software's, without the integration to a POS system.

Very powerful solution to integrated e-commerce.

Very good! The support is always there to solve any issues that arise, and very quickly. I would highly recommend Websell to anyone who is using RMH or CRE point of sale systems and wants to take their business online. It’s a no brainer. The customization options are endless but they do come with an up-charge fee for each feature. If the monthly pricing was more competitive, WebSell would easily be hands down the best e-commerce provider out there. There are much cheaper options less where such as Shopify or Square but they lack the full seamless integration with existing POS platforms such as RMH or CRE.

Easy seamless integration with our existing POS. Amazing customer support. Powerful backend UI and features.

Cons:

Pricing more than doubled in the last few years. Not sure why there was a need to double the recurring monthly pricing. You need to have more than a basic understanding of how their systems operate and are implemented if you want to get the most out of your experience.

Security, look, and versatility of the search feature on the website.

Cons:

LOSING SALES with the poor quality of PAM and inaccuracy of adding weight and dimensions for the shipping. Never have I used a website personally where a company has to call saying that the shipping quote is different than what the website says. Also the monthly rate has increased so much in the 2 years of using your services that we would have considered other alternatives before using NitroSell/WebSell.

Its easy to implement and manage. When help is needed, NItrosell's team is there to assist and get things implemented or fixed.

Cons:

Like anything, there are limits to what can be done. We'd love to be able to track an order and send notifications to customers more easily.

The ease in which we were able to create a customizable eCommerce site for our Gift Shop. What we didn't know when we purchase this software, was what a benefit this would be to our customers during an unprecedented pandemic.

Cons:

There is really nothing we didn't like once we learned how to best utilize the software.

Pros:

Websell's ecommerce platform melds perfectly with our till system so while we are dealing with two different companies, both are familiar with each other and the 'isms' which is particularly helpful when I get lost.

Cons:

I haven't found anything yet that bothers me about the software. I am on a learning curve with it continually.

Its a very robust web portal with a lot of customization options, additionally support is fantastic and very quick at replying! They have also been very accommodating to our requests.

Cons:

Sometimes it can be limiting with the current templates, for example we wanted to have some bars go 100% of the screen width but it was unable to be achieved in the custom formatting and the code that websell offered ended up breaking the code you applied for our forms, so we didn't use it. It isn't a huge issue, just a little nit pick.
