About Seller Spike

Seller Spike is a web-based Amazon Seller insights software designed to help eCommerce merchants analyze advertising spend, monitor sales and orders, track keywords, view and compare trends and identify new sales opportunities to grow their Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) businesses.

Key features of Seller Spike include visual analytics, benchmarking, strategic planning, metadata management, profitability analysis and self-service data preparation. It comes with dashboards for Seller Insights, Product Insights and Settlement modules, which enable sellers to visualize and analyze business performance, track changes of products listed across subcategories and get a complete overview of important payout metrics.

The Order List in Seller Spike allows businesses to view all orders associated with their Amazon Seller Account and browse specific types of orders using the search filter. Teams can also generate Unit Session reports and download and export settlement reports according to requirements.

Seller Spike is available on a monthly subscription basis and support is extended via live chat, email and FAQs.

Pros:

As marketers we often lack actionable data, but this is not the case with Selller Spike. The data visualization is great, the insights are relevant and it is actionable information.

Cons:

Nothing so far. I've not had any negative feedback from clients either.
