Pros:

It does exactly what it says - privacy-conscious analytics, and it does it well. There's no additional surprise features, but I see that as a good thing. It sticks to what it does, and it does it well.

Cons:

The UI being a little closer to that Google Analytics style would actually help users who are familiar with that interface.

Reasons for choosing Simple Analytics

Simple Analytics provided the most clear-cut information and documentation on it's compliance with legislation such as GDPR, etc. It was much easier to satisfy our legal team's review.

Pros:

Super fast and easy setup. Clean and actionable analytics. Have been looking for an alternative to Google Analytics 4 for a while and Simple Analytics has been perfect. I love the way that the data is presented and the dashboard and events/goals allow me to customize rapidly.

Cons:

I have been using the product for about 2 months now and don't have any major dislikes. There was one issue regarding number display affecting my account, but the founder responded to my support ticket and deployed the fix in a few hours. Amazing service.

GA4 has been a nightmare to work with and I have been looking for a new analytics service for my sites for a while now. Simple Analytics has all of the features that I need and presents them in a straightforward and intuitive way.

It's a great tool, the developers and entire team listens to clients, answers them and you can't regret choosing Simple Analytics. I have heard about them from another developer I follow on social media and I was impressed by how he spoke about it. I encourage everyone to try it out and use it.

Simple & Effective Web Analytics Tool for Privacy-Conscious Businesses

I'm really impressed with the clear dashboards and the development team confirms the ease of integration. As a UI/UX Designer, it´s ideal because I can quickly see how users navigate the site and identify areas for improvement without being overwhelmed by cluttered dashboards. There is also very clear documentation which makes it very easy to get started. The support responds very quickly to questions, which is a great help. There is also a roadmap where feature requests can be expressed and rated by other users.

Great privacy friendly and hassle-free analytics tool!

Basically everything they promise: Privacy protection, Simple UI, lightweight script etc. Very easy to communicate directly with the developers, great customer support.

Cons:

I guess it doesn't have some of the more advanced GA/GA4 options but we don't need them anyway :-)

It's the best option if you want to get real visitor numbers or even avoid cookie consent. Fairly priced, great support.
