Their Company Relationship Mapping is fabulous. I can also find exclusive china company information which can't be found anywhere else.

Cons:

Nothing so far. Even when I encountered issues, they were very quickly resolved/explained by the customer service team.

There was no response to repeated requests, no updates on reported issues, and no reliable data to support construction sourcing decisions. Sales always resign, forcing us to re explain needs, while frequent downtime disrupted already tight project timelines.

Not accurate, bad customer service

They do not have good post sale assistance at all, they say they are working on a matter and completely ignore you for months. I've had to ask for feedback on very simple subjects and gotten no text back. Honestly would NEVER buy it again.

The information given is incomplete, 95% of the times the data does not have accurate and complete information. A lot of unknown, not found, etc, especially in the most crucial data (BL, price, supplier/buyer name).

I was quite impressed to see they had the last ten years’ trade transaction data of export-import of Mexico, U.S. and other countries. They also offer macro trend data for 160+ countries with details of market share, trading volume, and all globally traded HS Code trends.

Cons:

TradeData.Pro is getting better and better. The recent upgrade that offers support for China and Vietnam will open up new possibilities for trade analysis. I am happy their global reach is expanding more than before.

Cons:

I encountered technical glitches occasionally. But this is not a big issue since it was resolved by the customer support team without much delay.
