Axon Ivy 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

At CM First Group we are in the legacy modernization business, and we needed to select BPM software that would work for our enterprise customers that primarily use IBM i/z transactional back ends. After an evaluation we chose Axon.ivy primarily it performed well in all categories, but especially in process execution and ability to interface to applications written in CA 2E (Synon), CA Plex, COBOL, RPG, Java, C#, etc. The fact that it closely follows BPMN industry standards was also important. Last we were favorably impressed by the learning curve and ease of use, clients are impressed that we can show results quickly, usually in days or weeks, and that staff can get trained and productive in relatively short time frames.

Model-driven with BPMN notation. HTML5 web forms for user interaction are created out-of-the-box. Ready-to-use connectors to SAP, Microsoft etc. Eclipse Java workbench with powerful extensions. Run tests and see your process execute in the model! Rules design is simple and complex process applications is built on components that are combined. You can even deploy your process as a web service. The support from Austria is fast, accurate and delivered with a smile. Cons? I haven't seen any yet.
