Enterprise Explorer helps users to convert documents created with Microsoft Visio into structured corporate models. The solution's dashboard gives users access to various business processes running in their organizations along with performance metrics. It also provides users with a variety of process templates that can be configured as needed.

Enterprise Explorer allows users to copy and paste business diagrams from local computers to SharePoint through a built-in publisher. It also features a context-sensitive search tool and structured queries for business objects.

The solution is available per user per month or per terminal per month. Support is available via email and live chat.

Pros:

I am sure that Enterprise Explorer gives us the opportunity to know and manage business processes. It allows the introduction of any person or company to know the processes and describe them through the tool. Interface suitable for the user, perpetuating the visual characteristics of Microsoft, which does not change.

Cons:

To create processes of great complexity is quite short. It has no tools to take the processes beyond simply drawing them, does not allow group collaboration, only a basic design and without new features. User support is scarce, we have not had support or support.
