Upscaler - Highly Recommended

Overall, I would strongly recommend the Upscaler platform to any organisations who are looking for a solution to build and maintain their management systems. The object builder tools, templates, implementation guidance documents, and support from the team has been excellent. The product very much has the feeling that it has been developed by a group of experts in management systems, who have produced a software product to help others.

Pros:

The support from the Upscaler team, from initial scoping, through to the ongoing support with making best use of the platform and maintaining our management systems has been nothing short of excellent. The product is well refined and works perfectly for it's intended purpose. Every auditor I have worked with has been impressed by the Upscaler platform, in terms of ease of navigation, alignment to standards, and how it allows all employees to be involved in the appropriate areas of using and maintaining the management system. Few (if any) other products appeared to offer such flexibility, ease of use, and ongoing support. Upscaler would always be my first choice when selecting a platform to build a management system in.

Cons:

There's very little to share here. I have encountered very few issues or bugs. I have not encountered any issues that have affected the day-to-day use of the platform, and the support team are always responsive to support requests.

Introducing Upscaler to our ISO certification project, and aligning them seamlessly with BSI and Microsoft for compliance management and expectations, was a pivotal success factor. The streamlined process captured the benefits exceptionally well. A dedicated champion within our company, coupled with the invaluable support from the Upscaler team, played a pivotal role in achieving our ISO27001 certification. This achievement not only allowed us to meet the stringent requirements of our world-leading customers but also enhanced our presence on the Azure Marketplace

The template documents that are easily tailored and the built in sprints make it easy to keep on track.

Cons:

The platform is developing all the time so any issues/suggestions we raised were responded very quickly.
