Pros:

Easy to use, user friendly. Great AI insights into my data that I never think of. Great support and training on how to use the software.

Cons:

I didn't like that comparing data from different time periods were a little uneasy to navigate, and that the AI insights were sometimes information I already knew, but both of these points have been addressed and updated. The software is phenomenal.

I can say enough; they are easy to work with, it's intuitive, and it just keeps getting better and more informative the more updates they roll out.

Pros:

We now have the ability to see our company's health on a daily basis in seconds. Coupled with the email notifications on particular items makes this easily our most important tool within our business.

Cons:

Really nothing - we love everything that it offers.

Starfish has brought us the ability to extract meaningful financial data into a dashboard that is easy to digest. The ability to compare the business health to industry standards has helped pinpoint financial pinch points and prioritize cost saving tasks.

Cons:

The ability to easily access realtime financial data in an easy to use and user friendly dashboard. Automated tasks make it easy to highlight issues and address them before they snowball into larger issues.

Nothing. No issues from set up to QuickBooks integration.

Phenomenal. Let's start with [sensitive content hidden]: a super clever, empathetic, friendly, helpful and thoughtful person. He's superbe to work with. Then comes the software: mind blowingly helpful in giving you guidance and support in analyzing your finances. Give it a few years and this business can either boost or eliminate most CFO positions out there! I highly recomend anyone that runs a business and more precisely that handles numbers, to use Starfish.

The benchmarking is incredible and has to be experienced to be believed! amazing product.

Cons:

the UIX is still a bit wonky. Worse is the calendar date range selector.
