Pros:

We previously used a separate billing, scheduling and communications system, and we have now centralized all of those needs on CareDay. The system is very intuitive and our staff and parents love the ease of use and the wide breadth of functionality available.

Cons:

No complaints! Customer service has been spot on whenever I’ve had any questions and I’ve had no concerns thus far.

Careday is the best childcare app I've used!

I love this so much more than any competitive app, and in my opinion, there is no competition to the ease of using Careday and how critical it is to put daily use.

Pros:

I love the ease of using the app and how there are so many things that the app covers. Careday allows me to see scheduling, which kiddo has an allergy, any medications a child uses, and be able to filter potties, photos, naps, notes ECT. I love that it really has everything on there!

Cons:

As a teacher, I would say I like least how many photos you are able to select at one time to post, BUT in the grand scheme of things, that is so miniscule.

Reasons for switching to CareDay

Careday has everything we needed that the other apps couldn't provide and is so much easier to navigate and won't crash like the old apps did.

It is a wonderful app! As far as usability it is very efficient. Everything is very user friendly and easy to train new users on.

Cons:

Occasionally there are glitches and you have to update. Nothing Crazy!

CareDay is the future of childcare software!

Overall, the experience with CareDay has been great! Having everything in one place is so easy and efficient! Teachers really love how easy it is to use compared to other apps.

Pros:

CareDay is an all in one stop shop where others do not have all features available and require the use to go through various apps or softwares. The biggest feature is having billing included in the app where we can process tuition but parents/customers can review their billings directly.

Cons:

When adding tuition to rooms, it would be helpful to allow the admins to edit pricing for the room rather than deleting all pricing for the room and adding again.

Reasons for choosing CareDay

The billing in CareDay makes it so much easier than having to go through two software systems. It allows for more transparency with families and less work on admin/staff.

Reasons for switching to CareDay

There was a change in ownership and knowing how much more robust CareDay is versus its competitors it was a no brainer in switching.

If you are looking for a great software to manage your childcare, CareDay is what you need!

Overall, I am VERY pleased with my CareDay experience! It has been such a wonderful software to use at our center to store data and communicate. Out of all the childcare software I have used in the past, CareDay is hands down the BEST!

CareDay helps me stay on top of all childcare management tasks! I am able to keep track of enrollment, parent/child data, and communicate with my staff and families! It really helps to ensure that the children and families are receiving the best care possible.

Cons:

I wish it were easier to distinguish schedule changes from transitions on the schedule feature. Also, I wish there was an easier way to see if a classroom has an available space in their room for the day (child on vaca, etc.)

Reasons for switching to CareDay

The app we were using was not tailored to fit our needs as a center.

CareDay is Essential to our Success!

If you are looking for childcare management system that can truly revolutionize your business, you haveto look at CareDay. We looked at Brightwheel and Procare pretty heavily, but neither of those productsallowed us to maximize our enrollment. Our full-time children, called FTCs in CareDay, went from about72% full to around 98% in about 6 months’ time.CareDay also does a really good job of allowing me look across many centers at once to understandwhere I need to focus my time. The analytics are amazing and allowed me for the first time to makedata informed decisions.In addition to all of this, CareDay allows parents to buy unused days right from the app, has a vendorportal that allows parents to buy additional services for their children, and has a babysitting module thatallows parents to buy sitting services from our staff on nights and weekends.When you add this all up, CareDay helps me realize a significant financial reward for my non-stopworkday!

Pros:

I love the extensive features CareDay has for our team as well as for our families. Prior to using CareDay, we were using 4 softwares to accomplish all the tasks we are able to use by switching to CareDay. On the parent side, CareDay handles everything from the time a family is touring until their child graduates from our school! Parents can easily access all their child's daily activities, communicate with the teachers, and see all the events happening at the center. From an administrative side, my team and I are seeing 4x the amount of productivity within our daily operations, and this efficiency (that has also eliminated an abundance of human error) is priceless!

Cons:

There are no features is dislike when it comes to CareDay. If anything, every time I reach out to the CareDay team with ideas for feature enhancement, they are eager to jump on the task and are able to recreate our vision with more capabilities than we proposed!

The ability to maximize enrollments and project sales over the course of several years in the future.

Reasons for switching to CareDay

We were simply looking for more! More features, better customer service, and most of all, better ability to find efficiencies within our day to day operations.

I greatly enjoy the efficiency and organization it provides.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I would list as a "con" because the customer service and response team is always so quick to help and provide solutions when any hiccups or pain points occur.

Pros:

Careday helps me run our school efficiently. I know when a room is out of ratio and can quickly help. I can make sure pictures and messages are sent out and I can message parents in group sizes.

Cons:

I'm pretty happy overall with careday and what it has done for our school and teachers!
