When it comes to content management then one can surely go for conga document generation while if your end goal is to have effective digital signature then i wont recommend the same.

Overall my experience is very mixed. I do not feel that we have enough support. I do not appreciate how with the acquisition by Apptus they switched to a very greedy model. I don't like how I cannot ask the SME's/Experts assigned to me for help with the unique conga tools we use, and that they push methods that spend a lot of money- "just buy an annual subscription and we'll build it for you!". No thanks. We are already paying a ton of money for this, why is it so complex to set up!

I found Conga to be unhelpful, and generally lacked caring when dealing with us. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

My experience with Conga Document Generation is exceptional.

Prior to using Conga, we used Word documents for proposals which was so manual resulting in errors and a huge time consumption. Now, our proposals look great and come across much more professional to our customers and prospects. They're easy to customize within the provided templates, our sales team can follow-up based on when proposals get viewed, and our close date has decreased since we're no longer collecting scanned signature pages. We are able to close deals faster and get customers implemented quicker.

Overall, it does a good job of why we have it: to generate and send customized documents to grantees. Our consultant recommended it and it works for us, even if developing solutions can be a bit tricky. Their customer service has always been responsive and helpful.

Overall it is a good tool for small business and professional use. The document management system is very helpful in accessing the files anytime. The files are stored in the cloud and can be used from anywhere. We can sign a document online which is a unique feature to have.
