About FossLook

FossLook is a business automation and document management platform available for on-premise deployment. Key features include customizable document types and folders, workflow and document templates, document statistics, an integrated mail server and digital signatures.

When starting a project, FossLook can automate the project workflow so that documents will be automatically sent to the appropriate people. Documents uploaded to FossLook also include a "document history" tab that contains information about who created the document when and what changes have been made to it since.

FossLook allows users to keep multiple versions of documents. Documents can be grouped together and users can generate reports based on document groups. Associated documents are linked together, allowing users to tab back and forth between them. In FossLook’s digital signature module, users sign uploaded documents.

This software is suitable for both small and large businesses. It is licensed in perpetuity on a per-user basis.

Great document automation software

In our company we use FossDoc electronic document management system, which is built on a FossLook platform. Now we have about a hundred clients using the system. Implementation of the system significantly reduced the documents processing time, simplified the search and enhanced the overall quality of work. Using FossLook as a document management platform allows us to easily expand the functionality of the system and adapt it to our business tasks.

Powerful and smart platform

FossLook is a powerful platform for creating smart solutions for automation of any processes for handling documents. Using the platform you can create very effective document management and workflow solutions. In our case, we've set up a service desk system to manage requests in our company, thus greatly improved the effectiveness of our IT processes.

Excellent mail and document tool

The FossLook software was a very useful software to manage all documents, mails and easy retrieval, it is very important for us to search and locate documents at a short notice. I recommend this to any one wants to get rid of cluttered documents and mails.
